I especially like food blogs that post recipes with photos and teach me something. Michael Ruhlman’s blog is especially good, and one of our Chef Instructors, Lauren Joy, has a great one called Licked My Plate.
Another food blog may seem unnecessary, but here’s why we’re starting one anyway.
We want to post photos and videos of specific classes as a recap for teams and individuals who came to class. This is the biggest reason. We have so many great photos that show off your successes, failures and fun that I wanted a place to post them for you. You’ll be able to share the link to friends and colleagues.
